Blueberry cupcakes with cream cheese icing

I found the recipe for these cupcakes on Pinterest and HAD to make them. The cream cheese icing tastes like blueberry cheesecake! These are made completely from scratch and I am very proud of them. My next goal: strawberry cupcakes with strawberry cream cheese icing!

Butter beer cupcakes!

These cupcakes were made in honor of my trip a few weeks ago to Orlando and to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter! These are made with butterscotch and they are very yummy. I plan on making some Harry Potter House scarves or something else like that for future butter beer cupcakes.

And for those of you who are not familiar with Harry Potter, butter beer (and my butter beer cupcakes) do NOT have actual beer in them. Just butterscotch and other deliciousness!

Christmas cupcakes

I quickly whipped up some Christmas cupcakes this past week to try out my red and green sprinkles and my Wilton misting color spray! These turned out to be pretty good, I think!
